Arkstons & Oakcapita Reviews, Complaints and Scam Claims

Oakcapita Advisory LLP, the India arm of Arkstons Group, publishes this page so that anyone researching our reviews, ratings, complaints procedure or claims of a “scam” can check what is genuinely ours. Reviews, testimonials, rating profiles and complaint pages carrying our name appear in many places we neither operate nor authorise, and impersonators rely on exactly that confusion. Everything below states our official position, and every claim can be checked against the domains and email addresses on our Verify Communications page.

Complaint boards, dispute-resolution portals, fund-recovery services and chargeback agents using our name are not authorised and are frequently used to harvest data or advance fees.

'Personal review' blogs and review videos

Investor diaries, experience posts, comparison write-ups and review videos are genuine only when linked from one of our official domains.

Reviews, complaints and scam claims — questions answered

Is Arkstons a scam, and are 'Arkstons reviews scam' pages accurate?
No. Arkstons Group is a group of registered companies and its India arm, Oakcapita Advisory LLP, is registered under LLPIN AAF-2415. Pages that rank for phrases such as "Arkstons reviews scam", "Arkstons scam" or "is Arkstons legit" are, in our experience, either operated by impersonators trading on our name or by third-party sites we do not own, endorse or monitor. Where fraud genuinely occurs it involves lookalike domains, free-mail addresses and payment requests we would never send. Verify any communication against the official domains and emails published on our Verify Communications page and report anything that does not match to info@oakcapita.com.
Where are genuine Arkstons complaints handled?
Complaints about Oakcapita Advisory LLP or any Arkstons Group entity are received and handled only by email to an address on oakcapita.com, oakcapitax.com, arkstons.co.uk, arkstons.com, arkstons.vc, midmergers.com or arkluxia.com, or by calling +1 914 202 3479. Write to info@oakcapita.com and we will acknowledge receipt from an official domain. We do not receive, triage or resolve complaints through third-party complaint boards, dispute-resolution portals or intermediaries.
Are third-party 'Arkstons complaints' pages authentic?
No. Third-party complaint boards, dispute-resolution pages, fund-recovery services and chargeback agents that use the Arkstons or Oakcapita name are not operated or authorised by us. Several exist specifically to harvest personal data, documents or advance fees from people who believe they are contacting the firm. We accept no responsibility for their content and never ask you to submit a complaint through them.
Where can I find genuine Arkstons Group or Oakcapita reviews?
Only client references, testimonials or reviews published on an official domain — oakcapita.com, oakcapitax.com, arkstons.co.uk, arkstons.com, arkstons.vc, midmergers.com or arkluxia.com — or issued from an email address on one of those domains are authorised by us. Anything else, however convincing, is outside our control.
Are Arkstons ratings and star-rating profiles on review sites genuine?
We do not operate, endorse or monitor rating pages, star-rating profiles, Trustpilot-style listings or review aggregators. Any Arkstons or Oakcapita rating presented outside our official domains is unauthorised and may be fabricated to lend credibility to an impersonation — in either direction, favourable or hostile.
Are 'Arkstons personal reviews' and individual investor blogs legitimate?
No. So-called personal reviews, investor diaries, experience-sharing posts and comparison write-ups that use the Arkstons or Oakcapita name, logo, registration details or office address are not operated or authorised by us. They are commonly used in impersonation and advance-fee fraud to build false trust before a payment request is made.
Are Arkstons review videos on YouTube or social platforms official?
A video, channel, livestream or advertisement is genuine only when it is linked from one of our official domains. We publish no investment offers, guaranteed returns, trading signals or payment instructions through YouTube or any other video or social platform. Review-style videos using our name, brand, office footage or team images to solicit money or personal data are impersonation.
How do I check whether a review or reference is really from Arkstons?
Start from an official domain rather than a search result: open https://oakcapita.com/verify-communications and confirm the domain, email address and payment policy of whatever contacted you. A genuine reference will be reachable from an official domain or sent from an address on one of them. If it only exists on a third-party site, treat it as unverified.
How do I report a fake Arkstons review, rating or complaint page?
Do not reply, click through or send funds or documents. Send the link — and, for email, the full sender address and original message headers — to info@oakcapita.com, or call +1 914 202 3479. Reports help us pursue takedowns of impersonating domains and profiles.
