Oakcapita Advisory LLP, the India arm of Arkstons Group, communicates only through its official websites and email addresses. We have been made aware of third parties fraudulently adopting names, domains, office addresses and other identifying details that are identical or confusingly similar to ours — or to those of other legitimate businesses — in order to impersonate Oakcapita Advisory, represent themselves as acting on our behalf, and mislead recipients. Use this page to verify that any website, email, message, social media profile or other communication claiming to represent Oakcapita Advisory LLP or any of its affiliated Arkstons Group entities is genuine.

Any other website or domain — including lookalike or misspelled variations, added or removed letters, additional hyphens or dots, alternative domain extensions (such as .net, .org, .info, .biz, .io, .group, .llc or any country extension), subdomains registered by third parties, and any domain incorporating “Oakcapita”, “Oakcapitax”, “Arkstons”, “Midmergers” or “Arkluxia” in any form — is not authorised by us and is never authorised by us. No such domain has any connection with, licence from, or authority to act for Oakcapita Advisory LLP or any Arkstons Group entity. Do not rely on, respond to, contract with or send funds to any such domain unless its authenticity has been expressly confirmed by us in writing through one of the official domains listed above.
This also applies to any website or domain using generic, descriptive or industry terms — such as “advisory”, “capital”, “ventures”, “partners”, “group”, “investments”, “holdings”, “M&A” or “research” — whether alone or combined with our names. We have no connection with any such website, and we communicate only through the domains listed on this page.

We never use generic or third-party mail services (such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, Hotmail, Proton or similar) or any other domain for business correspondence. Messages from such addresses do not come from Oakcapita Advisory or Arkstons Group, even if they carry our name, logo, signature block or office address.

Any third party presenting these addresses as their own place of business, registering a company or trading from them using, in conjunction with our own brand name, marks, registration number or corporate identity, is unauthorised and wholly unconnected with Oakcapita Advisory and Arkstons Group. We have no association with, and accept no responsibility for, any person or entity doing so.
Payments and invoices
Oakcapita Advisory and Arkstons Group do not operate in the cryptocurrency, retail trading or foreign exchange sectors, and we run no online trading platform. We never solicit, accept or facilitate cryptocurrency or wallet transfers, or payments to personal or third-party bank accounts, and we never issue payment instructions through messaging applications or unofficial domains. Genuine payment instructions are issued only on an Oakcapita Advisory invoice from one of our official email domains and, if you have any doubt, should be confirmed by contacting us on the details published on our official websites before any funds are sent.
Reviews, ratings and complaints
Only reviews, testimonials or client references published on one of our official domains, or issued from an email address on those domains, are authorised by us. We do not operate, endorse or monitor any Trustpilot listing, star-rating profile, review aggregator, “personal review” blog, comparison site or YouTube review channel — any such page using the Oakcapita or Arkstons name, logo, registration details or office address is unauthorised and may be part of an impersonation. Genuine complaints are handled only by email to an address on one of our official domains or by calling +1 914 202 3479; third-party complaint boards, fund-recovery services and chargeback agents using our name are not connected with us. If you come across a review, rating or complaint page that presents itself as ours, please report it as set out below.

Group structure & legitimate entity notice
Arkstons Capital Limited (England and Wales, Company No. 11848981) is a legitimate UK legal entity operating strictly as an integral part of Arkstons Group, alongside Oakcapita Advisory LLP (India, LLPIN AAF-2415). These fraudulent platforms have unlawfully co-opted our registered names, registration numbers and office addresses, mis-stating and misrepresenting our Group entities to fabricate an impression of independence or legitimacy.
Official statement of non-affiliation
- No ownership or affiliation: None of the unauthorised domains or platforms listed above is owned, operated, licensed, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Oakcapita Advisory LLP, Arkstons Group, or any Group affiliate, partner, director, officer or employee.
- Unlawful misuse of company credentials: These platforms are fraudulently and without authorisation misusing our legitimate corporate credentials — including registered corporate names, Companies House registration numbers and published office addresses — to deceive counterparties and manufacture false legitimacy.
- No business, contracts or funds: We do not conduct commercial activity, solicit investments, enter into contracts, issue documents or collect funds through any of these platforms or any email address associated with them.
- Enforcement and reporting: We have reported these domains and the unauthorised misuse of our corporate credentials to domain registrars, hosting providers, law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities, and reserve all rights and legal remedies.

Report an impersonation or fake email
If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Oakcapita Advisory, please do not reply, click any links or send any funds. Forward it to info@oakcapita.com including the full sender address and, where possible, the original message headers. You can also reach us on +1 914 202 3479.
No liability for unauthorised communications
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakcapita Advisory LLP, Arkstons Group and their affiliated entities, directors, officers, partners, employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability of any kind — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, statute or otherwise — for any website, domain, email, invoice, payment instruction, document, contract, social media account, messaging profile, advertisement or other communication originating from, or purporting to originate from, any unofficial or unauthorised source, and we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from it. This exclusion covers all direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive loss, including loss of funds, deposits, fees, profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill, however caused, and applies whether or not we have been notified of the impersonation or of the possibility of such loss.
No act, omission, delay or failure by us to identify, report, pursue or take action against any impersonation creates any duty of care, assumption of responsibility or liability on our part. Any dealings you enter into with an unauthorised party are entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication through the official domains and contact details published on this page before responding, contracting or transferring any funds.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. Oakcapita Advisory LLP and Arkstons Group reserve all rights and remedies in respect of the misuse of their names, marks, domains, addresses and corporate identity.

These are separate legal entities and are collectively referred to as the Arkstons Group for branding and business purposes. Because these entities operate collectively, you may receive genuine communications relating to any Group entity, service, investment activity or business function from any of our official domains or websites — but never from any third-party domain.
Any communication claiming to represent Oakcapita Advisory, Arkstons Group or any affiliated entity that originates from a domain other than these recognised Group domains should be independently verified before any reliance is placed upon it. The use of our names, branding, employee identity or other Group information by an unrelated third party does not constitute an authorised communication, and recipients should exercise particular caution before making payments, providing confidential information, signing documents or taking investment or other financial action in response to an unverified communication.
